New customers are initially provided 4 hours of training to be used at their convience, but the support doesn’t stop there. Tournament Expert provides both online technical support and telephone support for all of our customers. In most cases technical and support questions are easily explained over the phone but online technical support also offers screen sharing. With screen sharing, our staff can see your computer screen often allowing for better explaining and maintenance of the system to our customers.
Tournament Expert performs over 200 enhancements to the software each year.
